Steve Makofsky blogs about what he thinks is the best Home Page – The Furrygoat Experience: The Best Home Page.

After checking out all the the big players (Google, Live.com, Start.com, Yahoo.com and MSN.com), I’ve finally decided on what the best home page is:

Yup. A blank page. Loads fast, never 404′s and there’s no ads. Perfection.

Instructions: type "about:blank" (without the quotes) into the location bar in IE or FireFox and set it to your Home Page. Visit Tools > Options… in FireFox or Tools > Internet Options… in IE to change your Home Page setting.
